Manage your licence

Everything here works on its own. You don't need to email us for any of it.

Lost your school key?

Enter the email address the licence was bought with and we'll send the key to it. We only ever send it to the address on file, so it can't be redirected somewhere else.

The key you receive replaces any older one — the app always keeps the newest. Paste it under You → School licence.

Teachers, card, or cancelling

Billing is handled by Stripe. Open the billing portal, enter your email, and Stripe will send you a one-time link. From there you can change how many teachers you pay for, update your card, download invoices, or cancel — no account with us, and no waiting on a reply.

Changed your teacher count? Your existing key keeps working straight away — it just carries the old number until it renews itself, which can take a few weeks. If you want the app to show the new count sooner, ask for your key above and paste the fresh one.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Your licence runs to the end of the month you've paid for. After that the app keeps working exactly as before — nothing is locked or deleted — but it goes back to showing the reminder, and using it for teaching would need a new licence.
